Smarty Pants Birthday Rules

Upon booking, a deposit of $50 must be made in the store or by telephone at 905-354-6183 with credit card. No cheques, email or fax will be accepted for booking.

Smarty Pants will need to know a final number of children attending three days prior to the party. Any time after, parents are responsible for payment for children who do not attend.

There will be no refunds on deposits made.

The parent of the birthday child must stay within the store area during the whole time of the party. All other parents are free to leave, but must fill out a form with their name and phone number, if we are in need of them at any time during the party.

Thursdays – 4-6pm

Fridays – 4-6pm

Saturdays – 11-1 Or 2:30- 4:30

 

Smarty Pants Basic Party

• 1 hour art workshop of your choice from our extensive list of party workshops
• A party attendant/artist to help guide the children through the creation of their art
• BYO pizza & drinks
• BYO plates and napkins
• Use of our party room and tables for 2 hours
• A helium balloon for each child
• Birthday child gets to pick a special gift from the treasure box
• Smarty Pants birthday invitations

Price: $129.00 (plus applicable taxes) for 8 children. Birthday child is free! (additional children $12.95, maximum 14 children)

Smarty Pants Ultimate Value Party

• 1 hour art workshop of your choice from our extensive list of party workshops
• A party attendant/artist to help guide the children through the creation of their art
• Use of our party room and tables for 2 hours
• A helium balloon for each child
• Tray of pizza, your choice of apple juice or Kool-Aid Jammers
• Basic party ware
• Individual birthday cupcake for each child themed to the birthday child’s liking
• Birthday child gets to pick a special gift from the treasure box
• Smarty Pants birthday invitations

Price: $179.00 (plus applicable taxes) for 8 children. Birthday child is free! (additional children $19.95, maximum 14 children)

Smarty Pants Tea Party

• 1 hour art workshop and tea party
• A party attendant/artist to help guide the children through the creation of their art
• Individual birthday tea cake for each child to decorate
• Lemonade and iced tea included
• Use of our party room and tables for 2 hours
• A helium balloon for each child
• Birthday child gets to pick a special gift from the treasure box
• Smarty Pants birthday invitations

Price $159.00 (plus applicable taxes) for 8 children.  Birthday child is free (additional children $15.95, maximum 14 children)

Customized loot bags. Pick and purchase the products of your choice and we’ll add the candy and decorate each bag for free! Or choose $5 Smarty Pants Gift Certificates for loot bags and we’ll add the candy and decorate it in a bag for free!
